Each serving provides a rich source of fiber to support digestive function and the gut microbiome and is an excellent source of protein that helps maintain the fasting window and ketogenic goals and helps maintain and gain muscle mass.

USE

- Place 2 to 4 tablespoons (10 to 20g) of Coffee + Collagen in a French press and add 250ml of hot water or you can also use it in refillable capsules for automatic coffee machines.

- It is suitable for use in a coffee maker, it is not instant coffee that can be dissolved in water.
