SHIPPING TO MAINLAND PORTUGAL:

ONCE PAYMENT IS CONFIRMED BEFORE 3PM (weekdays) YOUR ORDER WILL BE SHIPPED ON THE SAME DAY.

SHIPPING TO ISLANDS (MADEIRA & AZORES): ONCE PAYMENT IS CONFIRMED BEFORE 3PM (business days) YOUR ORDER WILL BE SHIPPED ON THE SAME DAY AND MAY TAKE UP TO 14 WORKING DAYS FOR DELIVERY .

Shipping is free for orders over €49 (excluding postage and/or special discounts) in mainland Portugal and Spain. For orders under €49, shipping costs €3.99.

Shipping to Madeira and the Azores costs €9.99, and is free for orders over €79.

RETURNS
Product returns may be made within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the order. To do so, the customer must ensure that the product/s are in perfect condition and in their original packaging, which must be intact and sealed. If these criteria are not met, returns will not be accepted.

Whenever products are received at our facilities, they are analyzed by our team, and if they are not in compliance, the customer will be informed to proceed with their collection.

After validating the product as compliant, the customer will be refunded the value of the product/s, or if preferred, will have an associated credit for future purchases.
