General Conditions of Sale

Product Presentation

Oollive takes into account the information relating to the essential characteristics of the products, with all descriptions and photographs on the website being authored by the company itself, representing, with minor exceptions, with complete accuracy the specificities of the products sold.

Product Price

The retail prices indicated on oollive.com and its subdomains are shown in euros. VAT is included in all prices mentioned.

Oollive reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, Oollive undertakes to apply the rates and prices indicated at the time the purchase order is placed.

The prices and products available on oollive.com are only valid for purchase orders placed through oollive.com and may not coincide with those of other physical or online partner stores.

Payment Methods

We work with the best partners to guarantee complete security in transactions carried out on our Website.

Oollive uses a sophisticated mechanism to verify the authenticity of payments made online, while simultaneously safeguarding the integrity and security of customer data, as well as their identification.

This security is made possible by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology, which encrypts communications between the client's computer and our server, so that they cannot be intercepted.

In order to make your purchase more comfortable, we offer four payment methods:

Bank Transfer/ATM
When selecting this payment method, you will have 48 hours, after confirming the order, to make the payment.

You will find all the necessary information at a cash machine or online through your bank's Home Banking services. In both cases, simply select “BANK TRANSFER” when making payment and enter the details provided in the order confirmation email.

In order to speed up the order confirmation process, after making the payment you must send the respective proof (PDF or Photo) to mb@dinwallets.com

Payment by Bank Reference (Entity and Reference)
When selecting this payment method, you will have 48 hours, after confirming the order, to make the payment.

You will find all the necessary information at a cash machine or online through your bank's Home Banking services. In both cases, when making payment, simply select “PAYMENT FOR PURCHASES”, followed by “SERVICES”.

Payment by Debit/Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard)
Whenever you use this payment method, you will have to indicate the Number, Expiry Date and security code (last 3 digits on the back) of your Debit/Credit Card.

Your order and card details will be sent, duly encrypted, to the bank on the date of your order.
After validation and communication from your bank, your order will be processed.

If the payment is declined, the customer will be shown a message indicating the error at the top of the page where the purchase is finalized. In these situations, we suggest that the customer tries again and, if the problem persists, we recommend that they contact DIN Wallets, their bank or the credit card issuer for more information.

Paypal
When selecting this payment method, you will be redirected to the PayPal page where you must fill in your login details on the platform.

The entire payment process is carried out on the Paypal platform, with the user being redirected to DIN Wallets after placing the order.

Shipping Methods

Orders are delivered from Monday to Friday, with the exception of local or national holidays, to the address indicated by the customer when placing the order.

All orders are shipped within a maximum period of 48 hours after payment confirmation.

Transit time can vary between 1 to 3 working days, with CTT's standard service time for Blue Mail or Registered Mail being generally just 1 day.

Therefore, it can be assumed that your order will always arrive between 1 and 5 business days.

All orders are sent via CTT, with two types of shipping methods available:
– Free Shipping (Private Mail)
Shipping option without tracking possibility
– Premium Shipping (Registered Mail) for only €3.10
This option allows the customer to track the order through the CTT Tracking service.

Providing an incorrect or incomplete delivery address may result in the order being returned to DIN Wallets, resulting in additional costs for the customer. We therefore recommend that the customer always ensures that the delivery address provided when registering the order is correct and complete. Once the order has been processed, it is not possible to change the delivery address.

Exchanges and Returns

It is in DIN Wallets' best interest to create an excellent consumer experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can always exchange or return your wallet.

DIN Wallets accepts returns within 15 days of delivery of the items. This means that the customer must return the product within 15 days of receiving it.

Exchanges and returns are only accepted if the items have not been used and are in a condition that can be resold, with the original packaging. The customer must resend the order using a method that presupposes tracking of the order, to prove that DIN Wallets has received it.

The monetary refund will be made within 7 days after we have received the returned item through the same payment method used.

All exchanges will be made within 48 hours after DIN Wallets receives the original item. Shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
In the case of Returns, the cost of shipping, packaging and shipping materials, nor the expenses associated with payment/return transactions will be refunded. These amounts will be deducted from the amount to be returned.

Shipping costs, to be deducted, will vary depending on the method selected. In the case of Free Shipping (promotional offer from DIN Wallets), a cost of €1.20 will be charged, corresponding to the cost of the CTT Priority Mail service. In the case of Premium Mail, the amount paid by the customer will not be refunded. The amount of €0.25 must also be included, corresponding to the materials required for packaging and shipping the order, and €1.64 as the amount associated with the payment/return method.

Guarantee

It is in our best interest to create an excellent experience for our consumers. As such, all DIN Wallets have a two-year warranty on wooden parts.

DIN Wallets guarantees that its products are free from defects in materials and manufacturing processes for a period of two years from the original date of purchase. All wallets are hand-crafted, with quality control carried out at every step of the process, and it is a key policy of the brand to never ship a product that is defective in any way.

In the event of the DIN Wallets Guarantee being activated, DIN Wallets will apply, respectively, one of the following resolutions:
– Repair of damaged goods, ensuring correct functioning and/or final quality;
– Exchange of the good for an equal one;
– Exchange of the good for one with similar characteristics and purpose, as long as agreed with the customer;
– Termination of the contract and subsequent refund if none of the previous options is possible.

The customer's right to exercise the guarantee will always take place by submitting a complaint to our services, through the channels provided for in the guarantee conditions.

This warranty only covers production faults or defects in the products, and not accidents or misuse of the same. The warranty may be rejected in cases where extreme or improper use is evident, such as:
– Normal use and wear of the product.
– Misuse, lack of care, accident, abuse or abnormal use.
– Drops are not covered by the warranty – DIN Wallets products are as impact resistant as natural wood.
– Use of products for a purpose other than their intended purpose.
– Damage caused by improper use or unauthorized repairs/maintenance.
– Products that have been modified or altered
– Natural character changes in wood, including variations in grain, lines, discoloration and stains resulting from regular use.
– Any product not produced by DIN Wallets, including, without limitation, any product used in connection with branded products.
– Any product that was not purchased from the DIN Wallets Online Store (in this case, it must be dealt with the store where the product was purchased).

After inspection of the product received, the customer will be informed of the progress of their order.

In cases where the guarantee is exercised, DIN Wallets will repair, replace or refund the item as soon as possible, with a maximum period of 30 days from the date of written confirmation that the customer is entitled to the product guarantee.

The refund of any amount paid will be made using the same payment method used to purchase the product, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
