SHIPPING CONTINENTAL PORTUGAL:

ONCE PAYMENT IS CONFIRMED BEFORE 3PM (working days) YOUR ORDER WILL BE SHIPPED THE SAME DAY.

SHIPPING TO ISLANDS (MADEIRA & AZORES): ONCE PAYMENT IS CONFIRMED BEFORE 3PM (working days) YOUR ORDER WILL BE DISPATCHED THE SAME DAY AND DELIVERY MAY TAKE UP TO 14 BUSINESS DAYS .

Shipping is free for orders over €49 (without postage and/or special discounts) in Portugal and mainland Spain. For orders below €49 the shipping cost is €3.99.

Shipping to Madeira and the Azores costs €9.99, and is free for orders over €79.

RETURNS

Product returns may be made within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the order. To do so, the customer must ensure that the product/s are in perfect condition and in their original packaging, which must be intact and sealed. If these criteria are not met, returns will not be accepted.

Whenever products are received at our facilities, they are analyzed by our team, and if they do not comply, the customer will be informed to collect them.

After validating the product as compliant, the customer will be refunded the value of the product/s, or if they prefer, they will receive an associated credit for future purchases.
